Purchase Information
Qualifed buyers should print the floor plan, site plan, Pre-Qualification form and pricing information. Buyers should contact CHA at 303-996-7258 to schedule a tour of the model units. CHA will provide a purchase contract to Buyers after touring the model units. The contract can be completed by CHA or by buyer's real estate broker. After selecting a unit and depositing $500 in earnest money, buyer and CHA will jointly inspect the unit to confirm the updates to the unit, if any. Buyer can then choose to have CHA complete the updates, or accept the unit in "as-is" condition with a corresponding reduction in the sales price. Upon completion of the inspection, buyer will deposit an additional $1,000.00 in earnest money.
